Sofia Outlet Center is located between the city center and the ring road on the busiest main road in Sofia leading to the second largest Bulgarian city Plovdiv and Istanbul. The site is located on an established retail development, next to Technomarket and METRO and opposite the EXPO Center in just 15 min driving distance from the heart of the city. The customers can easily reach the center by public transport or by car. In spring 2012 a new metro station “Tsarigradsko” will open in front of the  Sofia Outlet Center. 
The traditional Catchment Area analysis indicates a resident population of over 2.2 million within 90 minutes drive of the Sofia Outlet Center site and 2.7 million within 2 hours. However, it is clear that Sofia influence stretches much further than that. 
There could not be a better location for an Outlet Center in Sofia.
